The inspo: During a visit to a celebrated mixology bar, I thought I gleaned an unspoken rule that if you add Averna to any other recipe, it becomes a “black” that. So a Manhattan becomes a Black Manhattan, an Old Fashioned becomes a Black Old Fashioned, you get it.
